Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling 800-266-9432. The cut-off date for the preferred rate was Monday, September 12, 2011. After this date or once the rooms are sold out, reservations are subject to standard hotel rates and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 26, 2011.
